I love the Last Word, but I also enjoy making it a high ball with Topo Chico or sparking water to make a Long Word.

I have been making The Dante with Mezcal, without the Agave syrup and reducing the kümmel like this to 0.25oz.
Very good, at first ever sip I was unsure and the experience won me over. (Like the first moments of swimming in a river, a shock and then a wonderful experience). The second time around I knew what to expect, dare I say it that the Kümmel makes this drink seem healthy.
