Used 1757 Vermouth Di Torino and Angostura bitters and this was a beautiful drink. Initial taste was Honey/Cherry sweetness followed by a nice herbal and slight bitterness
One of my favorite cocktails, especially with Four Pillars Negroni spice gin. Beautiful bitter sweetness
Omitted the sugar syrup as I felt the triple sec and vermouth was sufficient sweetness. Great cocktail!
