Lovely sweet flavour with a hint of elegance, the Baileys comes through more that the Ameretto, and the Blue Curaçao finishes it off perfectly.
A nice balance of flavours if a little lemony…we had to have another and added 30% less Lemon juice and it was a better drink, more Elderflower came through…Very nice :-)

Perfect pre-dinner cocktail, luscious and tasty, on the sweet side but cracking with a little extra (10ml) Bourbon to give it an extra kick.
Very very easy to drink, a fine balance between the tartness of the cranberry and the bite of the Lime juice and Bitters...works perfectly.
Sweet and smooth but with a little sparkle from the Ginger Ale....very easy to drink...as the name suggests :-)
