This is my favourite of the Difford's versions.

I used Junipero gin, Contratto Vermouth Bianco, Luxardo, and Kübler Absinthe to line the chilled coupe before pitching the excess. Orange bitters and expressed orange peel with Amarena cherry to flourish!
I used Bruto Americano for a sublime Campari-style update.
We used the Austin local, Paula’s Orange Liqueur…delicious
