When I’m not in the mood for something not boozy I enjoy a cocktail that is predominantly fresh sweet vermouth. This recipe is now at the top of my list for that type of cocktail.
Delicious and balanced without the grapefruit garnish.
I found this a bit sweet but Richard Elgar’s version hit the perfect balance for me.
I have even seen a slim pepperoni stick used as garnish!
