Would grapefruit bitters work in place of the grapefruit garnish? And if so, how much to add?

Grapefruit bitters will add more bitterness and less zesty notes but worth trying. Quantity depends on your brand of bitters. If strong, like Bob’s Bitters, 4 to 6 drops should suffice.

It seemed an odd combination, but it works. Very smooth and tasty.

I tried this Campari because I don't have Aperol, but the Campari kills the Lillet blanc. Next time I should use Aperol or reduce the Campari.

You also might try a 50/50 split Campari/triple sec. Works for me...Salud.

You have the most amazingly kaleidoscopic name I've ever encountered. And yes, ditch the Campari on this one. Best wishes Olga.

Brilliant result of an unlikely combination.
