Mike Kimber

This is now my go to cocktail in the sun. A smidgen of salt when muddling bought the Basil out even more.

Tried the recipe but wanted something i little lighter. Swapped out the standard vodka and gin for citrus versions and a little less lime. Bliss

Very drinkable. Added a frozen maraschino cherry to keep the temperature down.

Was slightly reluctant whether this would be drinkable. Pleasantly surprised.
