Remeber this drink as a teenager at family Christmas parties when advocaat was mixed with cream soda!! Now,it's time for more sophisctication; festivities crammed into a glass, but prefer fresh lime to the cordial.

We felt it worked really well as a pre-dinner cocktail- the aniseed and sharpness linking to fennel, fish and salads maybe.
Starts quite fruity but becomes more savoury towards the bottom of the glass.
