Not being a fan of tequila, I recently came across the concept of a limoncello sunrise, using limoncello instead of tequila. I surprised myself by liking it.

You could add to the list a limoncello sunrise, which is a sunrise made with limoncello instead of tequila.
I also wonder if it might be possible to make an alcoholic St Clements using limoncello instead of bitter lemon?
