Not good. Really missing something. I added extra bitters but it still felt really flat. Wasn’t sure how to rescue it..
Wow this was great. Made it with a rose vermouth (cocchi rosa) and a grapefruit gin. Brilliantly balanced. The dash of saline worked for me.
