Just followed the recipe and served it right away to our customers as a special on last Friday night.
Everyone was amazed by the mix of flavours and it’s character.

Changed lemon and simple to 15ml, uses raspberry puré instead of framboise liqueur and its amazing. I’ve been trying different receipes using mint but this cocktail doesn’t need it, only for garnish.

Great summer drink.
The Drambuie and pineaple juice mix perfectly with the dash of Fernet.

I liked the cocktail but I would reduce Mezcal quantity for 30ml. Very boozy and 45ml of Mezcal takes away other interesting flavours. Anyway, a good drink for a smoke fan.
