Changed lemon and simple to 15ml, uses raspberry puré instead of framboise liqueur and its amazing. I’ve been trying different receipes using mint but this cocktail doesn’t need it, only for garnish.

This is delicious! I did need to move it from an old-fashioned to a collins glass in order to get soda water in without it overflowing, but otherwise great recipe!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I've changed to a Double Old-fashioned glass to better accommodate the ingredients.
