Serve in a Collins glass
1 1⁄2 oz | Honey herbal liqueur (e.g. Drambuie) |
1 1⁄2 oz | Pineapple juice |
3⁄4 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄6 oz | Fernet Branca liqueur |
3 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
1 oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
Garnish: Orange zest twist
SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass, adding soda as you pour.
Pineapple juice with herbal attitude. Fernet contributes almost clove-like flavours to this fruity aperitivo cocktail.
