I didn’t have Bianco Vermouth but it still was good with Extra Dry Vermouth. Nice and sweet in profile.
Excellent beverage. I made it a double and served in a rocks glass. Nice and herbal!
This was a lovely cocktail. Though I tried substituting the Parfait Amour Liquor with a 1/4 oz each of Creme de Violette and Dry Curaçao. It still achieves a very similar hue as well.
Definitely important to use the fresh orange juice.

I tried Gernadine in lieu of cherry juice and there is an almost cinnamon flavor that comes from this cocktail. Amazing!!
Really fantastic cocktail. Love to go heavy on the Fernet for a rich and deep flavor!
