I have a blackberry bush in the garden that I planted from a cutting two summers ago. This year, it's finally producing berries after two years of nothing. There must be 100+ berries growing on it now. Can't wait to try this again with those berries... I made this with 3.75 ml Giffard creme de mure. It's good, but lacking color. Great idea for a recipe!

Made with Bombay Bramble gin and homemade bramble (fresh from the garden) syrup - worked well.

Simple and tasty. Just the right amount of sweetness. And beautiful color!
