I had a choice of rhum agricole vs gold rum and went for the former. Really enjoyable! If I had a club I would serve that all night with loud music to cover the noise of the blenders ;)

This was a lovely cocktail. Though I tried substituting the Parfait Amour Liquor with a 1/4 oz each of Creme de Violette and Dry Curaçao. It still achieves a very similar hue as well.
