Ingredients:
1 12 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
16 oz Rhum Clément Blanc
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Clément Sirop de Canne
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
4 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge or dehydrated lime slice wheel.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with lime wedge or dehydrated lime slice wheel on rim.

Seems incorecct/ double.

used a barspoon of standard sugar syrup to moderate the flavour of the spoon of cane syrup. Deliberate rather than a mistaken double entry of sugar.
