When out of Triple Sec, orange Vodka works well enough
I make a version of this that replaces the vermouth with an equal amount of Crème de Cacao. So far it’s a crowd pleaser.
I find the 50/50 vermouth ratio too sweet. So I tend to use only dry vermouth, which I like to call a Dry Vancouver.
