The first time I came across this cocktail it was made with lime. Love it. I'll have to try with lemon to see the difference.
Oddly reminds me of my grandmother's pineapple upside-down cake. Tasty!
Right on the border of how sweet I want a cocktail. Might try again with a more herbal gin.
