30 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
30 ml | St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur |
15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
7.5 ml | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
7.5 ml | Bénédictine D.O.M. |
22.5 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
2 dash | Chocolate bitters |
