Reposado tequila, Pink grapefruit juice, Fino sherry, Maraschino liqueur
Perfectly complemented our Burns Night haggis, neeps and tatties - slainte!
This cocktail layers beautifully, better than in the photo shown. It was a bit too sweet for me, although the smokiness of the reposado tequila tempers that a little. I would suggest it is better after dinner rather than before.
