Stewed apple, malted barley, nubuck leather with cinnamon, faint nutmeg and lemon zest.
Apple fruitiness on a mellow, yet malty, peaty and smoky palate which oozes character with hints of oak and citrus fruit.
Dry oaked peaty finish lifted by a zing of lemon zest and cinnamon spice.
