Based on light, fruity Languedoc wine made from two grape varieties: Picpoul and Clairette, which are dry and high in acidity. Original dry is flavoured with 20 botanicals including chamomile, elderflower, coriander and bitter oranges.

Aparência:

Clear, almost colourless, with faint golden amber.

Aroma:

Sauterne wine-like with honeysuckle floral notes, stony minerality and a touch of bergamot.

Sabor:

Dry, manzanilla sherry-like, slightly salty, with grape flesh, orange bitters, cardamom, cinnamon, and clove spice.

Aftertaste:

Spicy and herbal elements linger and build over a flavour akin to oxidised grape juice.

No geral:

More muscular than many equivalent Italian dry vermouth, but sometimes a bit of muscle is what's required.
