Launched at RumFest 2012, this Barbados white rum is estate distilled from freshly pressed cane juice fermented over five days. The rum is rested in stainless steel for six months prior to bottling without chill filtration.

Wonderfully pungent with fresh aromatic grassiness, banana fruit esters and vanilla ice-cream.
Slight sweetness. Creamy fudge, rum 'n' raisin ice-cream, vanilla and hazelnut with freshly cut grass and lighter tropical fruit/overripe banana.
