Made with 100% Folle Blanche grapes from the estate’s own Ténarèze vineyards. The wine was single distilled in 1992 and bottled 12th June 2012, so aged for 20 years. Unfiltered and bottled at cask strength without the addition of boise or sugar.

Appearance:

Clear, orange amber.

Aroma:

Dried apricot and quince with marzipan and leather.

Taste:

Huge, very fruity palate with leather, prunes and delicate spice.

Aftertaste:

Incredibly fresh and light for its age with light oak and great maturity.
