Appearance:

(sample best before end Feb-15) Clear, coppery amber with thin white head and good lacing.

Aroma:

Shoe repairers, lemongrass, cut grass and yeasty bread. Dungy note emerges as beer warms.

Taste:

Medium bodied with pronounced bitter grassy and white grapefruit zest hops. Lacks maltyness to balance hops.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering grassy bitterness.
