Aparência:

(sample batch 211,best before 25/Jun/15) Clear, bright burnished coppery amber with short lived white head.

Aroma:

White baguette crust and fermenting dough with faint cranberry and bergamot.

Sabor:

Somewhat insipid and flat with cooked raspberry, sour dough and hibiscus.

Aftertaste:

Lightly bitter with berry fruit and hibiscus.
