Made by a father and son team (Holzer and Holzer) with a combination of botanicals, including Arnica, Orrisroot, and Lavender, Fernet Hunter is an Austrian interpretation of the classic Italian bitter liqueur.
The herbs and spices used are handpicked from in and around the Austrian town and forest of Brunnwald during the hunting season, hence the name Fernet Hunter.
The botanicals are dried, and their flavours are extracted using a low-temperature infusion method.
