Appearance:

Clear deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Dried fruit and peach skin bursts forth with cream-of-soda vanilla and vanilla fudge. Strong pear drops, subtle hazelnut and ginger snap biscuits emerge with water.

Initial sweetness is quickly countered by bitter tannins and salty notes. Juicy apple, hazelnuts, orange zest and toasted coconut.

Aftertaste:

Long cinnamon spiced finish with lingering brine.
