This dessert champagne comprises 45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier with over 55 crus rated an average 94% with up to 20% of reserve wine. Laurent-Perrier Demi Sec is cellar-aged a minimum three years before disgorgement and dosage which lifts the sugar content to 40g per litre.

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Bamboo, straw and biscuit with peach flesh and peach puree with budding honeysuckle.

Taste:

Lightly sweet, ripe peach, fresh apricot and white grapes.

Aftertaste:

Biscuity with faint but lingering floral toffee banana.
