Combine all indredients in a shaker with one large format ice cube.
Shake until ice is fully dissolved, strain into a collins glass and place into the freezer for 10 minutes.
Remove from freezeer, poke a straw into the center of the cream at the top of the cocktail and pour soda into the hole, the put the straw back in.

| 1 fl oz | Amaretto liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Licor 43 Original liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Sūpāsawā sour cocktail mixer |
| 1 fl oz | Roasted rice syrup |
| 1/2 fl oz | Double cream / heavy cream |
| 1 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
| 2 fl oz | Soda (club soda) water |
