Served in a glass, it would look good with an orange slice. In a copper mug, float a wedge of lime.
30 ml gold Jamaican rum (e.g. Appleton Estate)
15 ml Heering cherry liquor
15 ml D.O.M Benedictine
20 ml lime juice
9-10 oz ginger beer (Fentiman's comes in a pefect 9.3-oz bottle.)
5 shakes Peychaud's bitters
Combine lime and liquors in shaker with 3-4 ice cubes, shake well, strain into 12-oz glass or mug.
Pour in ginger beer, shake in bitters, stir only enough to color the top inch or so of the drink.

| 1/2 fl oz | Bénédictine D.O.M. |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 fl oz | Ginger beer |
| 5 dash | Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters |
