How to make:

- Combine all ingredients into a boston-style shaker and dry shake
- Add ice and wet shake until the tin is well chilled
- Double Strain into a coupe glass and garnish

3/4 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
3/4 fl oz Marie Duffau Napoleon Bas-Armagnac
3/4 fl oz Giffard Apricot liqueur
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
