- Combine all ingredients into a boston-style shaker and dry shake
- Add ice and wet shake until the tin is well chilled
- Double Strain into a coupe glass and garnish
| 3/4 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Marie Duffau Napoleon Bas-Armagnac |
| 3/4 fl oz | Giffard Apricot liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
