Garnish with a maraschino cherry and dust with freshly grated nugmeg.
1. Add all ingredients except ginger ale in a shaker.
2. Whip it.
3. Shake with ice.
4. Fine strain into a ice-filled collin glass.
5. Fill up with iced ginger ale.
| 2/3 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 2/3 fl oz | Peated single malt whisky |
| 1/3 fl oz | Lejay Creme de Cassis de Dijon Liqueur (16%) |
| 1 fresh | Egg yolk |
| 1 barspoon | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| Top up with | Ginger ale |
