Serve in

Collins glass

Garnish:

Garnish with a maraschino cherry and dust with freshly grated nugmeg.

How to make:

1. Add all ingredients except ginger ale in a shaker.
2. Whip it.
3. Shake with ice.
4. Fine strain into a ice-filled collin glass.
5. Fill up with iced ginger ale.

2/3 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
2/3 fl oz Peated single malt whisky
1/3 fl oz Lejay Creme de Cassis de Dijon Liqueur (16%)
1 fresh Egg yolk
1 barspoon Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Ginger ale
