How to make:
1. Add the all the ingredients to a flute glass and gently stir.
2. Express the oil of an Lemon twist over the glass, then drop into the glass to garnish.

| 3 fl oz | Prosecco sparkling wine |
| 1 fl oz | Soda (club soda) water |
| 1/2 fl oz | Blended Scotch whisky |
| 1/2 fl oz | Kwai Feh lychee liqueur |
