Take the pit out of a fresh cherry, create a small circular hole on the top of a large ice block big enough to host a medium to large cherry.
Add all ingredients besides the ginger beer to a Boston shaker(tin to tin). Flash shake for 3-5 seconds, fine strain in a pre-chilled collins glass with a large ice block. Top off with 3 cents ginger beer from the side of the ice block. Gently integrate all ingredients with a bar spoon to preserve carbonation. Garnish with a fresh cherry.

| 1 1/2 fl oz | Beefeater London Dry Gin |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fl oz | Jasmine tea (cold) |
| 3 1/3 fl oz | Three Cents Ginger Beer |
