1.Shake all ingredients with ice.
2.Fines strain into chilled glass.

| 1/12 fl oz | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
| 2 fl oz | Red grape juice (e.g. Kedem or Welch's Purple Grape Juice) |
| 5/12 fl oz | Rose sugar syrup |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fl oz | Château du Breuil VSOP Calvados |
