How to make:
Select and pre-chill a Martini Glass.
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into chilled glass.
Express orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
| 1/2 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack |
| 2/3 fl oz | Amontillado sherry |
| 1/6 fl oz | Walnut (Nocino) liqueur |
| 1 barspoon | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
| 2 dash | Black walnut bitters |
