Garnish:

Candied ginger and cocktail cherries on a cocktail pick

How to make:

Add all ingredients, except the ginger beer, to the glass, and stir to combine. Add the ginger beer and stir again gently. Slowly lower a large (2 inch) ice cube into the glass. Garnish.

1 1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
3/4 fl oz Laird's Bottled-in-Bond applejack
1/4 fl oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
3 fl oz Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer
