Garnish with a toasted star anis. (It can lay on the foam and it smells very nice and Christmassy.)
Put all the ingredients in your favourite shaker, give it a good wet shake and then dry shake to make the egg foam nice.
Double strain into a nick and Nora glass.
Sip and enjoy.
| 5/6 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Rittenhouse bottled-in-bond straight rye whiskey |
| 1/3 fl oz | The Bitter Truth Pimento Dram |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/3 fl oz | Maple syrup |
| 1 dash | Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters |
| 1/12 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
