Krampus

Garnish:

Garnish with a toasted star anis. (It can lay on the foam and it smells very nice and Christmassy.)

How to make:

Put all the ingredients in your favourite shaker, give it a good wet shake and then dry shake to make the egg foam nice.
Double strain into a nick and Nora glass.
Sip and enjoy.

5/6 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Rittenhouse bottled-in-bond straight rye whiskey
1/3 fl oz The Bitter Truth Pimento Dram
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Maple syrup
1 dash Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
1/12 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
