Serve in

Coupe glass

Garnish:

Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.

How to make:

1. Select a large coupe glass
2. Prepare nutmeg and a grater for garnish
3. Blend egg(s) to beat for one minute with blender on low speed or use a handheld electric whisk/milk frother
4. Gradually add sugar as you blend for another minute.
5. Continue to blend while adding rest of the ingredients.
6. Refrigerate for at least a few hours to chill (or else just drink straight away as it's already delicious)
7. Serve in chilled coupe glass

3/4 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
3/4 fl oz Reposado tequila
1/4 fl oz Mezcal
1/4 fl oz Amaretto liqueur
3 1/3 fl oz Single cream/half-and-half
1 dash Lemon bitters
1 whole Egg (white & yolk)
6 barspoon Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar (white)
