How to make:

Pimpinella is a stirred drink, it is important to note that Absinthe is incorporated into the drink as a rinse, so we rinse our glass with a few drops of Absinthe and then we throw it away. The main aromas stay and it is the first scent that greets you whilst the flavour is smoothly distributed through the drink.

2/3 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 1/3 fl oz Bacardi Carta Negra black rum
1/2 fl oz Disaronno amaretto
1 dash Fee Brothers Cardamom Bitters
1 dash Absinthe verte
