Add all the ingredients to a cocktail and vigorously dry shake, add ice, shake till chilled, strain into a coupe, enjoy.

| 1/2 fl oz | Walnut (Nocino) liqueur |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 1 dash | Ms. Better's Miraculous Foamer |
| 2 dash | Scrappy's Chocolate Bitter |
| 1/4 fl oz | Bunnahabhain Toiteach A Dhã Whiskey |
| 1 2/3 fl oz | Stauning HØST Whisky |
