How to make:
In a shaker add all ingredients plus 1 oz of melted vanilla ice cream (häagan dazs vanilla bean) ,add plenty of ice in the shaker , and shake for 10 seconds.
Take a rock glass add a big ice cube (if available) and strain the ingredients over the big ice cube.
And garnish with grated nutmeg and a mint leaf.
| 1 fl oz | Bacardi 8 year old rum |
| 7/12 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1/3 fl oz | Tempus Fugit Crème De Menthe Glaciale |
| 1/6 fl oz | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 1 drop | Cardamom bitters |
| 1⁄2 scoop | Vanilla ice cream |
