Lemon Peel

How to make:

Add all liquid ingredients to a mixing glass and stir. Strain onto a large cube in a double old-fashioned glass. Express lemon peel over glass, cut a slit in the middle of your lemon peel, twist, and place on the rim of your glass.

1 swath Lemon peel
1 1/2 fl oz Lagavulin 16 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
3/4 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
3/4 fl oz Amaro (e.g. Ramazzotti)
