Naked & Cherry

Garnish:

Lime zest / Amarena cherry - both on a stick

How to make:

1. Start by either chilling your glass or have it already in a fridge or freezer.
2. Pour all ingredients into your shaker than add ice
3. Shake hard and well for about 8-10 seconds
4. Double Strain into your glass
5. Express lime oil from a lime zest
6. Add your garnish

5/6 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
2/3 fl oz Aperol Aperitivo
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Angostura or other aromatic bitters
1/2 fl oz Real Minero Espadín, Tripón, Barril & Largo Mezcal
