How to make:
Put all ingredient, except olive oil, in a shaker , strain and double strain, serve in a nick Nora glass and add few drop of olive oil.

| 1 fl oz | Camus VSOP Cognac |
| 1/2 fl oz | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3 drops | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 3 drops | Orange bitters |
