Toddy glass

Garnish:

Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Express an orange peel over the drink and discard the peel.

How to make:

Combine brandy, rum, Herring Cherry liqueur, lemon juice, honey, and bitters in a warmed toddy glass or mug. Top with hot tea. Stir.

3/4 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Cognac (brandy)
1 fl oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 barspoon Honey
6 fl oz Earl Grey tea (hot)
3 dash Cocoa bitters
