Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Express an orange peel over the drink and discard the peel.
How to make:
Combine brandy, rum, Herring Cherry liqueur, lemon juice, honey, and bitters in a warmed toddy glass or mug. Top with hot tea. Stir.

| 1 fl oz | Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 barspoon | Honey |
| 6 fl oz | Earl Grey tea (hot) |
| 3 dash | Cocoa bitters |
