How to make:
Shake cherry chocolate and almond liqueurs iwth ice. Pour over cream and stir. Finish with seltzer.

| 1/2 fl oz | Mozart Chocolate Cream |
| 1 fl oz | Amaretto liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Double cream / heavy cream |
| 3 fl oz | Soda (club soda) water |
| 1 drop | Toschi Amarena black cherries in syrup |
