
Lime twist
MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker bowl. DRY SHAKE the next six ingredients and SHAKE with ice. Strain into chilled glass. TOP UP with Champagne.
3 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
1/3 fl oz | Rhum Clément Select Barrel |
1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
1 dash (4 drops) | Grapefruit bitters |
1 fl oz | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
